Carriage alignment

Recommended Posts

I desperately need a photograph of how the carriage sits on the runners. I need to see left side view of white rollers and how they sit in the rails.  and how to adjust the settings. I jumped my very new, unsupported pcut 630 off the rails and now I am not sure that I have it sitting correctly. I have managed to do a few cuts but not sure that I am actually not demolishing my cutter.

Thanks for the forum and the noob pdf is awsome.

The instruction manual was in Chinese and there was no set up details.  I bought with 'support' yeah right.

With the CT630, you should have the white wheels hugging the bottom rail and top rail.  You can install it by first mounting in the bottom wheels, and sliding in the top.  If you're needing any support, you can contact US Cutter support at support.uscutter.com.
