craft robo doesn't read registration marks and get port read error

For the life of me I can not get this darn thing to read registration marks. I get errors reading them. Or I get a port read error.

I moved it to a new computer and even installed Corel X4. And still nothing.

I have read EVERY forum on the internet on it and see alot of people have this issue with it. (c200-20)

And I hvae tried EVERY solution offered and still fails EVERY TIME.

Anyone ever get one to contour cut ?
