slice&dice 2,450 Posted December 7, 2020 Files with .ai are Adobe Illustrator native files. Unless you have that program installed, they aren't going to open just by clicking on them. Have you had any luck with SignBlazer and getting your (mystery) machine to function? (as noted from your other thread) SignBlazer has a conversion engine built in (Vectorization feature that turns pixel graphics into vector/path graphics that are cuttable).
