pixnstix 0 Posted September 9, 2009 Just thought we would share an unusual assignment we had last week, we were asked to make a temporary airbrush tattoo stencil for a movie being made here in Melbourne. An actress was to be made up as a robot/android with a circuit board pattern across her whole face, in silver tattoo ink with a light green background. We don't have pictures of the result yet, but here is a photo of one of the stencils we made. Used the black "vinylazer" material from Airbrush Body Art locally, and cut it on a Graphtec Craft Robo vinyl cutter.
bamafan2277 50 Posted September 9, 2009 Very Cool!! That would be hard to weed in vinyl but would be awesome in chrome vinyl
Guest Schramm Posted September 9, 2009 Sounds like a fun project, 2 years ago I sold a ton of rolls of metallic foil to Dreamworks Studio to the Transformers 2 movie. They promised me pics once it was released of what they did with it but to date they are not here.
bamafan2277 50 Posted September 9, 2009 once the movie comes out on DVD we'll have to scrub it for metalic foil to find it for you!!! I grew up during the original transformers cartoons and stuff and loved the movies!!
