creation pcut wont turn on

I  hooked up  The Creation PCUT to the computer. plugged it in to the wall....hit the power switch to turn it on...and.......NOTHING!!!  HELP!

could be any number of things..bad cord, bad wall outlet, bad I/O board.....first thing would be to try another cord. IT's just a standard 3 prong computer cord. And I have had bad ones.

Call support at USC if that doesn't work.

Isn't there a fuse on the side of the pcut?

I don't have a pcut but there is on my refine..check that too..could have broken in transit, been bad to begin with, or some nice chinese guy just forgot to put it in.
