C Lewis 6 Posted August 30, 2009 Finally got a heat press. Here is my first project with it. Had to make a one of a kind shirt for my daughter. I have since made some other shirts with custom graphics in flock. I love this heat press. It Rocks!

C Lewis 6 Posted August 30, 2009 Thanks. I was quite lucky, a buddy of mine had a old Insta sitting in his garage collecting dust. Woot.

Jackie J 1 Posted August 30, 2009 That looks great. I love my heat press. My problem is some of the paper I found has such a hard feel. What kind of paper do you use?
99v8miata 3 Posted August 30, 2009 Very nice job. I just got my second heat press. I went with a 16"X24" this time Dave
C Lewis 6 Posted August 31, 2009 yeah i was quite lucky on this great garage find. i picked up a couple samples of transfer paper from my local supplier mclogans. it actually has a very soft hand after the first wash, and the washability is great! especially for kids shirts, they outgrow them so quick. my insta is a 15"x20" swing away non digital(oldschool). this thing is a freakin work horse for its age. and great to know that the manufacturer is a leading company in the industry and right down the street from here (replacement parts) now i want to get a hat press.
