Well my Pcut is down, need help

Hey,working on a job here and I made it wider than the vinyl used. So I pressed pause on my pcut 630 and lifted the locks to take the vinyl out. I resize the image( I'm using SB) to fit my vinyl application. Clicked on plot and then nothing. My plotter LCD just has square blocks across the top and that is it. I tried to turn it off and on but that didn't make any change. Please can someone help me? Thanks!

Its possible the cutter head hit one of the red kill switches on each side.

Turn off the machine and slowly slide the cutter head away from the side. Turn the machine back on, and see if that helps. You will then need to reload your vinyl and set the new home position.

Your right, It did hit the red stopper. I moved it over and it works fine. Thanks!
