Jay2703 704 Posted August 21, 2009 Di, do you have a laptop or a desktop? I started using USB on my cutter but had so many problems. Since I switched to serial connection I haven't had one. If you have a desktop it is easy to install a serial port. If you have a laptop you can buy a keyspan adapter that emulates a serial port through USB that works almost as well as serial if not the same.
