Jay that's a good idea,, Firemalt, post up your EPS or SBD of that exact layout and We can all cut and post to see the differences. That way we for sure are cutting the same image.

Dag I am impressed, should my Laserpoint cut that fine?  I have tried to fine tune is and not coming close.  I am using Oracal 651 and I would lose half the letters if I tried that.

So lemme ask a basic "dumb" question that I'm sure others are wondering as well.

When you're cutting to that fine of a level, under .5", is it safe to assume that the weeding on those isn't exactly a clean rip of the unused material and you're spending at least "some" time actually very carefully pulling up the material?

Great post, Thank You for the insight on the different materials. I'd be interested to see how 3M series 50 stacks up.

I'm impressed with the MACHINE! I have the pcut and I cant cut really small letters or thin lines. I also get little "tags" where the cut didnt quite meet. Stick people drive me crazy especially the small faces with teenie eyes and smile, its a good day if I can weed one without losing the eyeballs...lol.
