Problems cutting small letters and numbers

Hello again,

Need help with above problem.  Starts cutting fine and then pulls up letter and then tears vinyl.  Adjust cutter speed and pressure and same thing.  Seems like the cutter pressure is changing or the blade isnt moving. 

Need help please.

Make sure the blade depth is set right, and that it has not become dull.
