Blade holder screw plastic tab broken, how do I get this fixed?

So, Pcut has been acting a little funny, cutting unevenly, when I start to investigate, and see that the little plastic piece that hold the tensioner screw has broken off. So what gives, its been set for 2 months and it just breaks? What the hell?  So how do I get another plastic piece, looks likke its fairly integral to the cutter carriage.

Very dissapointed, this shouldnt have broken, cheapy cheapy...

Please advise.

You need to talk to someone at US Cutter. Nobody here actually works for US Cutter except for Howard (this week's rep). If you call NOW you may get help..they don't work weekends.

Mine broke also.  I used some JB weld to fix it then it broke in another spot.  Mine was less then two months so I contacted US Cutters.  They were great and had the new part to me fast and then gave me tech support on the phone to install the new one.

OK, since this part isn't currently available on the website what you'll need to do is call in to 888-298-8143 and talk to someone in tech support and tell the tech you need to order a carriage arm for your PCut. If this arm is attached with screws you have the "old style" but if it's the "all in one" piece then you have the "new style" - just provide that info and we'll get you a part shipped to you.
