NinjaEpisode 0 Posted August 4, 2009 Potential client has the entire house wallpapered floor to ceiling and wants to know if vinyl can be applied safely to wallpaper. I've no idea. I'd go with Oracal 631, but I've not idea if a.) it will stick and b.) it can be removed. Anybody have any experience or ideas?
