Porkchopusn 0 Posted August 1, 2009 My Copam is incorrectly measuring 8.5X11 inch vinyl preventing me from cutting the images properly. My Copam measures this material as 150X225 mm. It should be 215X279 mm. Is this common? If so how do you handle this in your software?
MZ SKEETER 4,708 Posted August 1, 2009 did you try a different driver? You know it is not yourcutting. software, as you got the same problem with both software....
Dakotagrafx 7,297 Posted August 2, 2009 I believe the Copam measures from the magnet located in each roller holder. You would have to have the rollers out as far as possible to maximize the cutting area and would never get the full 8.5x11 because the rollers will never be farther out that the edge of the paper
Porkchopusn 0 Posted August 6, 2009 The Uscutter staff worked with me and this is no longer an issue. My concern was with the 8.5X11 inch paper and I was not placing the rollers in the correct location.
