removing vinyl from polycarbonate (?) and wiping away the yellowing areas?

Can someone give me some tips? homemade solutions? the vinyl is really hard to get off?

also the poly is yellowing - can i fix this?

You can try but good luck. Try heating the vinyl a little bit before puling it off. Use a hair dryer or a heat gun to do this.

You can try to get the yellowing off with spray nine or a citrus cleaner but good luck. you may end up having to replace it.

(Vinyl off )  and a chisler to remove the vinyl  but if it is yellow you will have shadows left. Some times the cost of a new panel is less than the labor to remove and than not have a great end result. If the money is there i would opt for a new panel.

and put some sh ope afther maybe it will work 4 the yellow cheese

If paint will stick, paint it & use it for a future project .
