How to Merge Images

How do you Merge Images in SB.

I uploaded a Vector Image and typed letters/words around it and when I send it to cut only the Horse comes out no letters.

This is what happens..

You are only looking at white objects, Click the other colors and you will see the rest. You can select more than one color by pressing CTRL and click the colors you want to cut.

What he said, in the upper left of you own screenshot you can see where you choose the colors to cut.
