Opened My New Cutter Today 01JUL09

Alright everyone just got home from my vacation and got my Creation PCUT CTN630 vinyl cutter up and running in no time.

Man that is a big box  :thumbsup:

Everything was nicely packaged

CTN 630 Vinyl Cutter (Ebay Purchase)

Hooked it up to my laptop via the USB cable supplied.. Laptop does not have serial output connector.. Hope I have no issues:(

Seem to be working ok with the Pen.. Will try to cut something tomorrow. Lots of question coming soon:)

Hey, welcome to the forum. You have a lot more patience than I do. I would have ripped the box open and had the thing put together without ever even thinking of taking pictures.

man when they mean 1/4" of a credit card they mean it...:thumbsup:

My Second and Third adjusted the blade cuts good now...:thumbsup:

Bottom you can still see where its cutting the bottom page and the top is alot better...

QUESTION? When you make a mistake how do you stop the machine from cutting?

you should be able to take it offline somehow (i hit offline with my refine, there probly should be something similar on the pcut) then I take out the blade and let it run.  I have tried to hit reset, and that makes it stop, but then it resends it iwth the next job for some reason, so I just take out the blade holder and media and turn up the speed and let it run til its done.

All I do on my Pcut is hit either red button left or right stopped right away.  Then just hit the reset and start over
