Does anyone have a Template I can put in sign blazer to kinda mock up what it will look like with designs

You can just import the photo into SBE, and add the graphics on top. When it's time to cut, just delete the photo.

As far as sizing goes... just get the measurements of the door or window, and adjust to actual size in SBE, and then your graphics are spot on.

I use 2 Adhesive Measuring Tapes, one horizontal & one vertical and size both ways in CorelDRAW. Or a couple of magnets to hold any tape in position will do.  As long as you take your photo square on, and have no distortion, it works fine.  I've tried commercial templates and found a lot of variation, misplaced doorhandles etc.
