New cutter,, red button problem

Hi all, got my Pcut CT630 yesterday and a copy of Signcut X2 and have a noob problem.

The cutter will do the test fine and it seems the computer and cutter can talk to each other. I assume this since when I hit "cutout", the head moves all the way to the right (looking from front) while trying to feed the sheet towards the back. I have set my "arbitrary" origin at the right front corner of the vinyl but I'm thinking the 'absolute" needs to be set somehow? The users manual is a bit hard to follow on doing this. Thanks for any help!!

Set up your vinyl and with the cutter in the offline mode, Move the carriage to the desired section of your vinyl (Right Front Corner) and then press the Button in the middle of the arrows, Its like a little cross hair symbol on my pcut and that sets your origin to 0. bring it back online and that should have you set.!

did you tell the plotter software how wide your vinyl is, in the setup screen?
