Okay.... I'm desperate.... I am hoping i can find someone who lives in the Denver area who might be willing to come and show me how to use the software with the actually plotter! I will pay for help.

I cant pay much, but i truly need a lot of help.

do you mean how to use it or how to get it to make the cutter work?

If you mean how to actually use it...it's pretty straight forward,but if you look here:

there are numerous tutorials on how to do just about everything.

If you can't get it to make the cutter cut...post to here exactly what the problem is.

The forums are for seeking help and for learning and there will always be someone eager to help you. Or at least willing.

if you used the NEW BIE manual at what point you got stuck?

The steps are numbered to ease up trouble shooting if other need to help you.

As it is a step by step manual if you reached chapter 10 for exmpale every one is sure that all previous steps are working (if your not cheating on us by skipping steps) 

I attached the latest new bie version.

Sorry, Europe is to far for help inhouse from my side.

People here on the forum will get you to cut, trust me.
