ajj 0 Posted May 5, 2009 Hi, we have a new PCUT 630 that starting acting up today. It will roller fine without any vinyl. But if it has vinyl it will not feed correctly. It will start to feed but then stutter like it is having trouble moving the vinyl. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
jgreen 1 Posted May 7, 2009 Often the machine will not pull large rolls of vinyl. Make sure there is enough slack in the vinyl so the machine is not having to unroll the vinyl itself. If this does not solve the problem you might try checking the two set screws located at the end of the roller shaft (inside the right hand casing, attached by a belt to the stepper motor) If the set screws are loose the motor will spin but the rollers won't.
