Newbie Question - CT630 Jamming against side

Background

Have a CT630 connected with serial port. Using Sign Blazer. I have the vinyl attached and can jog the vinyl from Sign Blazer. I have typed the word test, which measures roughly 2"x7".

However, when I go to the cut tile the cut head moves all the way too the left, touching the red button against the side, and freezing.

The cutter then jams and sometimes Sign Blazer also freezes.

Question

How can I fix this? I'm thinking there is something pretty basic I'm missing or doing wrong.

I'm having the exact same issue.

It was working earlier in the day... and now... nada.

The cutter cuts from right to left, so make sure you set the origin on the right side of your material.

Also, make sure you select the Creation PCut CTE630 HPGL as the cutter.
