xtremets 0 Posted June 4, 2009 Is anyone online running the Artcut 2009 with a Refine EH721 Just reinstalling the 2009 as have had 2005 but started having problems so upgraded, need set up help as the plotter is only printing a straight line either horizontal or vertically. must have something wrong tried several times even reinstalled the drivers and disks, and restarted computer. Still not happening. looked at the manual help area on computer and said to use Roland CM 24 in stead of the Refine EH721 device but still made no difference?? have some urgent jobs and want to get going as soon as possible can anyone throw me any ideas?? will have to wake up early to speak to a techo tomorrow morning in AU eastern states(Victoria) as I am in Western Australia and we have a time difference of 2 hours.
