what should i do??? usb connections

i can't get my cutter to communicate with usb,, i can't try serial, and i had it working but i had to reinstall and now it doesn't see the usb.. i think i have to install a driver but i don't remember??/ please help me..

sorry, pcut 630, 24",, i know it is just the driver because i am on a mac and it worked in signcut, but i have parrellels where i can run windows vista in a window and i have signblazer hooked up but it just doesn't seem to see the usb??///
