KE5AFU 0 Posted April 7, 2009 I have a local salon wanting some extensive vinyl work done. We are looking at doing the top and bottoms of their windows listing the services they offer and the products used. they have 2 door so hours of operation on each plus the standard we accept M/C Visa etc etc and gift certificates available. Looking at doing a 3 color pallet, they use a lot of green and pink inside so matching those colors and outlining in white for everything. I
sdgirl 13 Posted April 7, 2009 I love the pink on the top. It is bright and bold and it is easy to read. The yellow on the bottom looks good also although not as easy to see as the pink from the picture. I can't see the door good enough to comment on it. Muttley 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Looks good, and you should be able to use the brand logos without any issue. Instead of outlining the words, try placing a solid stripe of white behind the graphics. I think that the words would "pop" out more, and it would "clean up" the windows a little. The customers would be able to see the signage, yet it would help them focus on the activities inside the studio. Just my 2.5 cents! Muttley
KE5AFU 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Thank for the info on if I can use the brands or not. Anyone have an ballpark of what I should charge for this project? It will be 2 sets of windows and doors and 1 set of windows. Thanks again, I really do appreciate the info. - Matthew

KE5AFU 0 Posted April 10, 2009 Well I haven't done anything yet, that's just a photo mock-up. I'll post real pics once I get my order in from USCutter for the vinyl.
