Jake 0 Posted August 10, 2007 I just got my Creation PCut yesterday. I talked with Ken and got the latest drivers downloaded and I think I have everything set up correctly but I must not because when i send a job to the cutter out of sign blazer the rollers arn't activiated so (I have the ink pen in currently) it will only draw a straight line although it is going back and forth and looks as if it is trying to do what it should. Any ideas? I'm in Idaho and trying to get it going right now. Ken is a hard man to get a hold of. You can reach me on my cell at 208-409-5253. Thanks. BannerJohn 1,324 Posted August 10, 2007 If the carriage with the pen is moving side to side,but the rollers aren't moving,I think it sounds like a mechanical problem with the cutter.Nothing to do in the setup will fix that.Remember that ken is on Pacific time,and adjust your calling times to that.
