My job in Flexi is cancelling before it's complete

Hi,

I have sent a couple things to be cut, and once the cutter starts, it stops, and I look at the screen on my plotter and it says CANCELING JOB.  Any ideas on what I need to do??  I would appreciate any help on this.

I'm having a similar problem but it cancels and says "Write Port Error".?

This is almost always a communication problem. Check your cables,make sure everything is nice and tight. Try a different cable.

I had to replace the serial cable myself a few weeks ago because of this very problem with Flexi.
