need help here with signblazer

I scanned my registery today on my pc after I scanned it I went in to use signblazer and now it is coming up with the register stuff and wanting the activation code it want let me use it with all the features in trial how can I fix this?

Did you create a backup of your registry settings prior to doing the scan?

Ok lets say I want to redo my pc is there anyway that I can use my software again with the same code?
