new problem with flexi

this just started on 08/05/07

I take a design, select the plot tool that sends me to the production manager. and I get this message:

"runtime error!

ProgramC:ProgramFilesflexiSIGN-Pro7.5v2programapp2.exe

abnormal program termination

then when I click OK, it takes me to the Production manager, but when I hit "send" to make the cuts I get this message:

"no set-up has been selected  please select a setup"

I have been having sooo much fun with this plotter. What have i done?

sounds like that a file somewhere has been corrupted.

First thing to do,is turn off computer,re-boot. Turn off cutter,turn it back on.

If this doesn't work,go into the Flexi setup and try installing the cutter again. If this doesn't work,re-install Flexi.

If,after all this...you still get the same error, go to the Flexi forums and beg for help.

I have had,in the past,a program (not Flexi) just shut down when the memory on the computer was maxed out. Try closing everything you can before you try and cut.

I just upgraded from 256 to to 768 on the memory. still going to go back and re-install my plotter, but the memory didnt help so far
