Kimon 1 Posted April 18, 2009 No clue what was wrong I do however know what works so as it is a refine so we know he needs the current ftdi drivers to run a USB connection and since I rep Signcut we installed the newest revision, between the two we resolved his problem. Although he had a little difficulty in his fist attempt to install, the install hung so we had him delte everthing, cleanup his system and reboot then a fresh install. TED 0 Posted August 28, 2010 When I first purchased my Ioline signature 5000 cutter, it would not cut. The plotter would roll and the cutter sort of vibrate at one spot. The problem was that the cutter needed to be set to magnify the x an y coordinate by a factor of ten, this could be done on the plotter screen. It worked fine after that.
