HELP cutter wont cut

my problem is that when i go to cut and hit the cut tile button all it says is sending info to cutter but dose not cut help please using Flexi Starter 8.5  on a pc and the cutter is a PCUT CT 630 thanks

Check all connections.  Check Baud Rate.

Which cable are you using to connect the cutter to your computer? What make and model have you selected in Flexi?
