thredz 1 Posted October 13, 2006 I might as well test this out. Here is a pic of a couple of hearses I plotted last night. The one with the silver looks good, but that silver does not blend well with other colors.Black doesn't even cover this color. That's why I plotted the second one in purple, with no silver. thredz 1 Posted October 14, 2006 Here is a test link.I did this one this evening.I set it up as a seven color, but reduced it to four.I did it in blue because I do not have any grays as of yet.Bill http://thredz.org/plotter-art.html

thredz 1 Posted October 17, 2006 Thanks. But this cutter is a new toy to me.I was a screen printer for 18 years, which helps with understanding layout and seperation. And I have been an embroidery digitizer for the last 5 years, which helps me understand the points placement and editing with the software. But I'm still learning this cutter.I have a deal working for around 500 t-shirts with heat transfer vinyl. And sometime in the near future,I plan on cutting a couple of designs to put on silk screen to see how that works.I've heard it drops about three steps out of the screen printing process. So I have to check that out! Thanks again. kenimes 42 Posted November 16, 2007 Billy has not been around lately because he has been extremely busy. All of the work he has done was with a USCutter Refine series, or as he calls it: R2 You may be able to do some searching for other posts he has made which may give some tips on how he achieved some of those outputs. kenimes 42 Posted May 15, 2008 I wanna see the pics of the hearses... Why were they deleted.. ? I think we lost some old content as the forum grew in size. Needed to create room for the new content, and lost some old stuff in the process.

sprinter#5 0 Posted April 7, 2009 Ok, Here is my first sign job that I did for my family's restaurant. I did not charge for this (family) but I wonder how much one should charge for this work? I am using a uscutter laser point 48" with BGS vinyl. I purchased the white board for $13.85 (4' x 8" sheet). The actual sign carriers were provided by the "Customer". The letters are 4" & 2.5" respectively. javascript:gotoSlideShow('http://www2.snapfish.com/slideshow/AlbumID=297773812/PictureID=6921946354/a=164717488_164717488/t_=164717488') javascript:gotoSlideShow('http://www2.snapfish.com/slideshow/AlbumID=297773812/PictureID=6921953874/a=164717488_164717488/t_=164717488') javascript:gotoSlideShow('http://www2.snapfish.com/slideshow/AlbumID=297773812/PictureID=6921954504/a=164717488_164717488/t_=164717488')

Except at the end your camera shot must have been off because it showed a baseball cap with an embroidered C on it! LOL! It's good to see your still helping and raising hell on the board man!
