Changing only a part of a jpeg.

I am trying to take jpeg that is simple lettering and boxes and change the thickness of only some of the lettering, how would I do some thing like this? when I cut some of the lettering is a bit small to cut cleanly and weed. I cant scale the whole image up anymore because it becomes too big. Hope this makes sense.

I used paint to modify the text by drawing a black box over the original text and reinserting new text.  The font might not be correct, but this was a quick attempt.

I changed the filename to avoid overwriting the original.  You can right click and save as to get the new file.

Hope that's what you needed.

Oh duh!!!! Never thought of that!!! I will have to check with the customer on the font change issue. Thanks for mock up though!
