Aaron 0 Posted February 9, 2009 Hi I am trying to help a funeral home in NZ get their Signblazer Pro 6 functioning again so they can make headstones urgently for upcoming funerals. The error we get when starting the program is "Software Key not found ERROR" and then I click ok and it closes. I have a document with the Lock Number on it, but I cannot get to a point to be able to enter the Number in? This was all working fine, but has now decided not to work alas. BannerJohn 1,324 Posted February 9, 2009 when I get that error it emans the DONGLE isn't plugged in. There should be a dongle with SB Pro...perhaps it has been unpluged,lost,or the USB port has gone bad Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
