CTN630 Gaps in cuts

Hi everyone, got a problem !

I'm running a creation CTN630 with Flexi8 software and started to get this problem.

ALL cuts that it creates have gaps in them, especially if they are created in flexi8 with actual fonts. This makes weeding almost impossible. I've changed settings to 'overcut', but i still get 1-2mm gaps on letters.

Any ideas?

increase the overcut a little bit at a time,and see what happens.
