snlsd 1 Posted December 5, 2008 Something similar happened to me this week. Customer sent me the text they wanted. I sent them a proof. They approved. Two weeks later they emailed complaining about a spelling error in their address. Having it in writing and in the proof saved me on this one.

Print Star 0 Posted December 5, 2008 I did it on 72 screenprinted shirts. They were for a triatholon in town and when I was doing the art I hit a decimal in the mileage for the bike ride. Printed it 11.2 mile instead of 112 miles! Never even looked at it and put it together when printing the shirts. The customer noticed when I delivered them and I had to replace them. Very embarassing!! But they are still a customer so it all worked out!
Fbomb 0 Posted December 5, 2008 Thats why I always have the customer either type all their text out in an email or txt file...Then I cut and paste and make them sign off! And they spelled sez (says) wrong...
snlsd 1 Posted December 6, 2008 They text from the customer and the approved proof saved me on this one. I won't do any work without an email or signature.
