Largest Size

Hi would anyone know what the largest size is that I can cut on this cutter I have tried to make a letter in the program that came with my cutter and the bigest  size that I get is a page size 8.5 X 11 am I doing something wrong ?

CATWOM1960 is using Artcut. I've been working with her on this issue and suggested downloading the 1 week trial version of Signcut at www.signcut.net to see if that software resolves the issue.
