installation problems!

can anyone help me please!? i followed the new found hardware pop ups when i first plugged my creation ct630 pcut in and thought id installed it but i cant find where its installed to anywhere! i've installed flexi sign and signblazer but cant send anything to the cutter as its not being recognised by windows. dont know what to do! have looked in programs and devices and nothing, have tried unplugging it but windows doesnt recognise it as a new program any more so the installation prompts dont pop up, it didnt come with a installation disk and cant find anywhere on the net to download a driver from? very confused.

Plug in the USB cable, then go to the Ports category of your Device Manager, and you should see something like: USB Serial Port (COM#)
