P-Cut Setup

my computer crashed. I'm setting up my pcut again. I have Vista. Could somebody tell me speed, pressure, etc. I tried pressure at 130 at it didn't cut all the way threw. That seems strange, I thought 130 was more than enough. Please help.

Blade depth is key, and pressure is for fine tuning.
