WRITE PORT ERROR - MH721 / FLEXISIGN

Hey guys ive done a few searches on the forum with no luck.. about the mh721 and flexisign.

Tried the USB, Serial port... still no luck... tried all different COM settings... even went down to 4800 both on plotter and FLEXisign

Very dissapointed as i purchased flexisign before i bought the plotter now which they dont work together...

Which driver are you using for flexi?  Roland PNC?

Using either the Serial or USB, make sure you set the flow control to Hardware in Port Settings.

Just got off of live chat with you, and for the life of me, could not figure out your version of Flexi. But it cuts fine with SignBlazer and ArtCut....blah.

I had this same problem..and with all the help that the Tech's tryed i had to finally use a serial cable connection........We cound never get the uSB to work right.even when got rid of write port error.....the machine went crazy  when trying to cut

Are you using Windows or OSX? I have had quite a few problems with the Mac version of Flexi. It is still beta in my opinion.
