I cut the magnet on the plotter, then the reflective... etc then layered

it was pretty simple to do

did you cut all the way through the magnet? use backing?

No backing, just the magnetic material.  It cut about 95% through, just had to bend gently and push the cut out of the blank.

I cut them on the plotter, highest pressure, lowest speed.

Mags look great, anyway u could post truck & plow clipart. I live in Nebraska and we are just about ready to have our share of the white stuff. I am putting together a set of mags for a company and the truck & plow would be great to add to it.
