Which Transfer paper for dark shirts ?

Recommended Posts

looking into full color transfers for dark shirts, which transfer paper is best ?, and will it work with the epson 120 printer?, I read on the best blanks site about the jet opaque line which looks promising, but I would like someone's first hand experience with transfers for dark colors, Thanks !

I too am looking for a great transfer paper for dark colors.

Prefer that it go through the laser printer, but if not, inkjet will work too.

thanks

I use an epson R220 printer with standard pigmeted aftermarket ink that I purchase in bulk on ebay. I have numerous shirts that have been washed several times and all are holding up quite well, only had one that needed the edges resealed on the heat press.

I tried this stuff and although I dont have a contour cutter I just hand cut my image out and I dont like the fact that you can see the unprinted material on the shirt. Now with a contour cutter it would look much better but it was  not very soft and had a shiny plastic feel to it.  I dont much care for it..
