OK, here's the rundown on the USCutter promotional Banner Variety Pack Starter Kit that is offered along with any cutting unit at time of purchase (6 rolls 24" x 5 yards for $129.99) ------- When the box arrived, it contained specialized material that is very clever, all you have to do is cut it, weed it, and the banner is done. The material itself IS THE BANNER. For instance, using the Red/Yellow combination, you can either have a red background banner with yellow text by weeding out the cut letters; or obtain a yellow background banner with red text, by weeding away the red covering vinyl and leaving the (red) cut letters behind. The backing of the Insta-Banner is a thin sheet of polypropylene, which is sufficiently strong to be a banner. In other words, instead of paper backing that you peel away, the backing remains as an integral component. Anyway, I just competed my first job using this stuff, and the client loved it.
