  1. Titan 2 user for two years, with SCAL Pro4. Lately for large cuts that require 24" vinyl, i am getting horrible cuts. Cuts are misaligned/shifted over. Cut preview looks perfect. I do always use a weeding box around designs. My carriage is ending to the right of the set point, off the vinyl. I have a new cutting strip, new blade, redid the grounding wire, shut down/rebooted both the cutter and PC, freed up memory off my PC, I am at a LOSS! I will take any ideas out there :) :) HELP! pics are just one example. On another design, it's off on the left area of the image. I'm getting to my busy season and need to figure this out.
  2. A problem came up that I'm not sure how to fix. Let's say if I cut the letter "O," the blade will complete the circle, but it will stop about a millimeter to the left or right of where it began cutting. Also, the center circle of the "O" would not be in the center as it should: it ends up a little displaced in any direction towards the edge of the "O," and sometimes it even goes beyond the boundary of the letter. I use the letter "O" as an example. This happens with every letter, and it gets a lot worse as the size of the decal decreases. Lines will show up too thick or too thin. I am using a Macbook Pro, SignCut Pro, Inkscape (to convert files) and Illustrator (to create files). I tried to calibrate my plotter using SignCut and all measurements were perfect. Please help! This work is unacceptable to give to clients.

    Hello from a newbie

Hi, I'm new to vinyl cutting and have a question. I purchased a refurbished MH365 and have had some success using it by reading the manual. Does anyone know how to align pre-printed vinyl so that it cuts out the images correctly? Specifically, I am trying to cut circles around a small image to use for stickers. I can't seem to determine where to position the blade in alignment with the images. I've set the origin but the blade shifts to a border line. I'm using Signblazer software from the USCutter website. Any help appreciated. Thanks
