    Error Cut - Random Lines

Hello I have problems with my U.S. Cutter MH 721 Plotter - Sing Blazer MK2 and software. When I try to send a cut from the Sing Blazer to a measure of 157.4 ", suddenly the Plotter start cutting random lines and derails sideways. Sometimes I can control the diversion Vinyl sideways. But the truth is I puzzles cutting problem, because it does not cut the actual design, but rather lines damaging the material. because I tried to put a cardboard box on the Plotter to rule out the static. But the truth is no longer what else I can do. I wonder ... will I need to configure something else ... such as a controller or USB port? - He added that achieves cut before the problem presented ... 76.7 "Frosted Vinyl in perfect condition. - Thank you very much for your help, Nancy.

Brief intro and a cry for help

Firstly, A great big hello from us at Retro Graphix in the United Kingdom. I have been scouting some posts in this forum and they have helped me a great deal. Now secondly I was wondering if any tech savvy people here could help me? I Purchased a Cutter of ebay from UK Cutter (I now know never to do that again, and If I had know about US Cutter I would of purchased from you lol) and as you all proberbly know I have had problem after problem, and of course a very poor customer service from UK Cutter until yesterday when I levt them negative feedback. Anyway my problem is this.. After Finding out I had a Refine EH721 Cutter (in black) (UK Cutter set signcut to the Liyu Cutter Settings) I am having problems with the cutter just going haywire and cutting random lines on large cuts. Wrecking the work and wasting Vinyl. Now doing my own Problem solving, there is no static as everything is grounded, and the room temperature is optimal. I have seem to narrow it down to this though... The cutter is connected via the USB cable that came with it (That makes a Virtual Com Port as my laptop does not have a serial port) Now, the drivers that came with the disk that UK Cutter gave me installed a Goldcut JK Printer that allowed me to use the USB Cable, This seemed to send the Entire job to the cutter in 1 go, as the Cutter only has 4mb of ram im guessing it is a ram overload. What i managed to do is to get Signcut to bypass the goldcut printer and go directly to the com port that the driver creates, this seems to have worked as Signcut now shows a progress bar of it gradually sending the information accross as the vinyl is being cut. So far, no random lines and everything is perfect. However, I also have Flexi 10 which i prefer to use and I am unabe to go directly to the com port as the JK driver automatically pinches the data and sends it through that, which in turns sends the whole lot through the virtual com port and then the machine does the standard random triangular lines. I know it is not a proper fix, and I am currently trying to find a USB to serial adapter that will work (I have been told the cheap ones will not?) but does anyone on here know how I can get flexi to send the data bit by bit so as not to overload the com port? Thanks in advance for all your help. Chris
