  1. Hey guys, I've tried a couple of things but cannot seem to solve this issue. First of all, HP Pavillion Desktop computer running Windows 7 SignBlazer trial USB attached to cutter. We have had no problems with this cutter for a long time but all of a sudden, it just went nuts. Using signblazer, I typed a couple of names to cut, mirrored them and sent them through. It got through the first line and ran to the edge of the vinyl with a seemingly never-ending cut. I stopped it and re-tried but it did the same thing. The third time I tried, it started to make a diagonal line across my strip of already ruined vinyl and probably wouldn't have ended if I hadn't stopped it. We tried to use saved signblazer file we had and it seemed to cut that just fine... but when we tried the fonts again, it flipped out and did the same thing. The font we were using is Arial Black... a standard font. When we use our collegiate font, it seems to work okay again... I also noticed that when I slow the speed down, it doesn't care and continues to cut fast through the cuts. We would really like to get this fixed if you can help us at all! Thank you!!
