I am new to using a vinyl machine. I am cutting 3X10.5 using regular vinyl stickers. I put a piece in that is about a foot long to give it some room and the blade seems to work just fine until it gets towards the side without any rollers on it and started to lift up. The only solution I found to this is putting a vinyl strip that is as long as the machine so rollers hold it on both sides; but this does not seem right. What can I do to fix it from picking up when the blade is cutting? I tried reducing the speed and the force without any luck. The picture I provided is with myself pushing the vinyl to show what it usually looks like when the blade goes over it since I could not seem to upload the video that way. Thanks in advance. -Charlotte

Hello, I was offered a used 28" Titan 2 for $500 but my friend knows nothing about it like how old it is, if software comes with it, if any blades are with it, when his uncle bought it or anything. My question for everyone is are there any issues I need to be concerned about or can I plug it in and get it running? Is this a durable machine that normal wear and tear won't affect it's reliability no matter the age? Is the machine easy to fix if there is a problem? Does USCutter still provide phone support for secondhand users? Also, I am a MAC user and plan to design in Illustrator. I have no problem buying new software if needed. I just want to know if I should be worried about a used machine and not knowing it's history. Is $500 even a good price? Sorry for all the questions but any feedback is much appreciated. Thank you

We just started having cutting issues out of the blue, thousands of vinyl cut, and now this. Picture is where it looks like the vinyl is lifting? changed blade out already. *separate issue* Is there a way to adjust tracking? we cut a lot of 4' and 5' stencils, and it seems it never tracks straight. we set tracking straight, yet it runs out after a cut. I've just set up my new Titan2 and looked through all of the info I can find (it came from USCutter with 0 paperwork and info so what I know, I found online). I've set the starting point, but for some reason, it keeps cutting off the edge of my piece of vinyl. I'm using a PC with VinylMaster and feel like I'm wasting a lot of material with my trial end error approach.

Hello! I have just switched over to a TITAN2 from a silhouette craft cutter. I am having some problems learning the machine. I believe I have figured out alignment and the pressure and speed seem to be okay but when I load the HTV it's bunching a little and not cutting accurately. Can anyone give any tips or suggestions on how to fix this? I am new to the boards and welcome any advice!!! Thank you very much! Michelle
