I like doing things with what I have on hand that might be a cheaper viable option. I am currently soldering together a Laser alignment setup and should be done in a few days after I finish all my other stuff(IT NEVER ENDS!). So on to this quest. I have some, what feels like high density pink foam that I think is anti-static, that I would like to use for a few DIY pillows. I have seen people using the green high density foam and checked it out. Well this pink foam is more dense that than but not too much more and i was thinking it might work better. Has anyone used this before?

So I built a quick and cheap DIY catch basket for my new Graphtec CE6000-120 rather than buying the $600 one they offer... I was using the catch basket from my LPII but sold that and the basket went with it. What are some available options for an anti-static material for the fabric part of the catch basket? I found this "ESD Woven Fabric" but can't find a supplier in the US. KK Fabrics - ESD Woven Fabrics

From the album: Home Workshop Setup
A second rack I made for 10 yard rolls. The same setup as my 50 yard rack, but the bolts are spaced every 4 inches instead of 6 inches. Clips on the left bolts hold the reorder name/numbers for the different vinyl colors. Holds sixteen 10 yard rolls. -
From the album: Home Workshop Setup
Home-made rack placed in my closet for 50 yard rolls of 24" vinyl. I super-simplified other DIY projects. I just used two 2x2 posts 26" apart, slightly longer than the height of the closet shelf so they sit at an angle on the ground, and placed bolts every 6 inches. I cut 3/4" electrical conduit into 30" lengths for the rolls to rest on. The "rack" is bolted up top to the closet ledger board, but just rests on the ground. For ease of identification/reordering, I used little gator clips from Ikea on the left bolts so I can cut out the vinyl color name/number labels from the shipping boxes and hang them next to the rolls. A shoe organizer hanging on the right gives me more supply storage (for masking tape, extra squeegees, etc.). Holds ten 50 yard rolls (11 rolls if the closet shelf supports weren't in the way).
