  1. Hello, I am looking for a 6-10 mil vinyl that has a low tack adhesive on one side. I would like to be able to use the stencil multiple times. I am spraying road cases and will be spraying a company logo on about 100 cases, as well as, contents on multiple side of the cases. I am having trouble finding something that will work. I have tried the Oracal 631, which works great, but Is only good for one spray. I have also tried getting a thicker material and using a spray on adhesive but it is a mess and takes up time to clean the adhesive off of the surface. Any help/ advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  2. I am creating promotional tabletop trifolds for the college I work for. The panels are printed onto adhesive vinyl (with an Epson 9900 inkjet) and then attached to Sintra board. Does anyone have any suggestions for what might work best for applying these prints (18x24 in size) to the Sintra board so that I get minimal bubbles and don't smear the ink in the process? I'm assuming that I need a large squeegee? felt tipped? Any help you can give me would be much appreciated. I have a vinyl cutter and use the Oracal 631 to create titles, etc for art exhibits; therefore I have transfer tape and the small squeegees but I'm thinking these wouldn't work well with the printable adhesive vinyl... not sure. Please give me your thoughts.

    Adhesive removal

I recently purchased the vinyl remover (link attached) and had no problem getting the vinyl off. I was actually very impressed. BUT now I have no idea how to remove the adhesive! Ive tried heating it up, googone, wd-40 and washed with soap & cold water. Is there any way to get this off??? I have 6 shirts that need to be completed ASAP! Can anyone help?? http://www.uscutter.com/AlbaChem-Vinyl-Letter-Removing-Solvent
  4. I am looking for a product to use to make reusable stencils that can be cut with my vinyl cutter. I have looked into the oramask and greenstar 7000/7010 paint mask vinyl. I am making signs out of mostly wood and would use the stencils to paint using spray or acrylic paints. I use vinyl scraps all the time to make stencils for this purpose, but they are not reusable. I see in the greenstar products that one has adhesive backing and the other doesn't. Not sure which would work better, but if it is reusable can it be washed after use? Any suggestions?
