spanks

The plotter has been working great and we have been putting it to the test with our business over the past week or so. We had to cut something last night, after using it all day, and it wouldn't cut. The computer won't recognize the plotter and the program won't see it either. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the program and tried updating drivers with no luck. We are using the usb cable and I'm thinking maybe this is causing an issue for some reason suddenly which I find weird. I have the serial cable, but no serial port on my pc to try and see if it works. Any tips? Note: after some reading I think I need to find the chipset drivers unless those are in the program driver install?
