Kustom Graffix

Strange thing, bought a Graphtec CE3000 - 60 off eBay, it was badly damaged was issued a refund and then the cutter turned up back on my door step, return to sender. I was told to keep it. Question for everyone, parts are badly needed. Where would I be able to purchase them and would it be worth fixing? I'll post pics in a few min. Thanks in advance for any and all help.
